Survival´s kilos

Survival´s kilos

This dream was born in May 2019 with the idea of providing monthly meals to people in vulnerable situations. Today there are four families that are being fed thanks to this project, in addition to Ngongongare Primary School’s 700 children.

We thank you because you made it.

First there were Baraka and Samweli, two brothers who are living alone and that the destiny put in our way. After them was Mama Joan, a young widow with her seven children. Later of them was Eliza and her little one son, result of rape. Recently Sara whose husband leave her with their five children, four of them twins. And of course, all the children of the school.

We are buying monthly basics for the four families: rice, flour, pasta, sugar, oil, salt, vegetables and coffee,… and we add in hygiene and cleaning products and school stuffs for children.

As for the school, we supply kilos of rice, corn, beans, oil, salt and sugar with which they cook every day and feed as daily food for all students. This is our ‘food for education.

This is the result of the generosity of many of you. Our dream is to increase the number of families that we can feed together, as well as helping them with small businesses. This is a way for them to earn their own profits.

“Sow truth and reap confidence. Sow affection and reap gratitude.
Sow love and reap happiness ”
